RecommendedI don’t know where to start with this place. Very friendly staff- very clean waiting area- very modern. They were finished with my vehicle before the scheduled deadline and explained everything to me in detail. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They worked with my insurance company so I didn’t have to do a lot of running back and forth. Highly recommend.
They go above and beyond service and quality. Would trust my car repairs to no one else!
What a great team! I stopped in this morning because my window got stuck in the down position on my way to work and Frank was willing to help troubleshoot potential issues with me and got me back up and running in no time. Great work! My truck was plowed into sitting in my driveway by some unknown person. They did a great job restoring it to good as new condition.
On two occasions, my son, who was a student at VSU, has had work done on his car. Being three hours away, trying to help him with insurance, car rental, etc... was not a fun task. Everyone at Thomas Collision was super friendly and professional! They completed work when promised, and all work was superior. Their detailing the car when finished was a thoughtful touch. I hope he doesn't need your company again, but if he were to need anything, I know whom my son should call. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!
