Excellent Realtor. Tom was very impressive with his knowledge of the homes we looked at. He was able to find comparable homes for what I was looking for. Above and Beyond. Tom went above and beyond to get us our dream home. He was able to get us a better interest rate and closing cost. He has excellent contacts for home inspection, Nick, which helps us out on the purchase price of the home. He was there every step of the way making sure all the little hiccups were handled and closing happened on time and without much fuss. The overall experience was wonderful and I can't recommend Tom enough. Best Real Estate Agent EVER!!!!!!
The Best Agent Ever. Tom is so patient, professional, kind and has so much knowledge about the area, the houses issues or possible issues. He is a very good listener to what you are looking for in a forever home. He has a great network of people he can recommend for inspections, landscaping and renovations.
