I have muscular dystrophy and have. Trouble walking . I have fallen twice walking to the dumpster because several trucks and cars park backwards covering the sidewalk making it impossible to walk on sidewalk. Other than that and paper thin walls ita good. Never have felt unsafe outside. Maintenance is quick and nice.
