I would rate it lower but despite my bad interactions some of the staff is actually competent. If you really genuinely have nowhere else to go, feel free to give them a shot. I discontinued my care at this facility after being followed out into the lobby being berated and yelled at for refusing to perform labs that very day. Turns out they don't like it when you advocate for yourself and say no. I had legitimate reasons for refusing said labs but was made out to be a mastermind criminal for simply refusing. Very friendly staff. Comfortable waiting room and chairs (includes a large fish aquarium). I didn't feel rushed, and I felt all my questions and concerns were addressed.
