Don't come here. They are all about overmedicating patients on spravato. Meanwhile they will commit fraud on your insurance. Don't believe me call your insurance and ask them about the claims they pay, for time the patient isn't even face to face with the "provider". Then also billing another patient she will see at that same time. there is a term for this medicare fraud Allowing this "provider" to be negligent in my care. The people here are the best! I've had just one bad reaction to my Spravato treatment and they were right with me and stayed with me during the entire treatment. I can't thank each and every one of them enough for their kindness and respect. This clinic and the treatment I receive have literally saved my life.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I started seeing Kendra at the Thomas Care Clinic bc my insurance isnt covered for Mercy and i had Louis Krenn as a pcp at Cox (if you know you know) i love Kendra, she was easy to talk to, understood her patients, there was a level of ease with her that helped me trust her as my physician. Now she is a NP and dealt mostly with mental health. However i attempted to go to the medical doctor (the original that opened the practice) for a yeast infection. Small clinic with staff that feels like a family. Alicia Thomas, NP and her staff actually care about their patients. I’m always treated with kindness and compassion.
A bad experience. The first visit was for bloodwork. They were late to see me. Then I told Rebecca which arm is best to draw blood from and she said she's been a nurse for 20 years and she can get it out of the other arm. She failed and had to do the arm I suggested. Next visit was with Alicia. She was 40 minutes late to see me.
