Have washed my trucks here for years. The last 3 trips have been ridiculous. Today they didn’t wipe down the front end, the rims weren’t wiped down, running boards weren’t touched as no air freshener. I got a rag and wiped down the front end and running boards while they stood there and watched as I made my way around the truck. I don’t expect it to be showroom ready but I expect it to be clean and then not watch me do the basic job of wiping it down.
Very nice staff and love that it’s local! Unfortunately I’ve given it a try a few times and always end up having to do a bunch of work on my vehicle afterwards. Went in when it wasn’t very busy, had to re-wash my car to get all the soap scum off and clear my windows up. Some areas they did good, other areas not so much.
Very bad experience today! Super disappointed with the carelessness of the treatment of my vehicle and the work in general! Definitely wasted $32!!!!

I brought my car in on a slow day, paid for the $28 wash (plus tip) and pointed out smudges on the rear seat. Had to get someone to clean the back seat again and it looks like they never tried to clean the WeatherTech floor mat in front. Never agaiin!

Got the managers special, which is the best they offer, horrible, horrible, horrible, the worst "car wash" $32 + tip wasted, hit the easy spots and made the rest look worse, streaky, wheels look worse than they were when I got there, door jams hit and miss
