Been calling for over 2 weeks to schedule a "first visit appointment"!! Every time I call I'm 8-10 caller in line, hold for 15+ minutes only to be sent to a voice mail.. I have left many voice mails and no one returns my call! Ridiculous!
Dr. Calvert was fine, maybe a bit rushed. His office staff was indifferent, slow and forgot about patients in the crowded waiting room. I visited the office three times and each time, had to wait over an hour past my appointment time before being seen.
What’s the point of having a phone if no one picks up? You will be put in a queue for forever and finally when it’s your turn, the call just goes silent. I called 3x today and waited 15-20 mins each time and when you hear the call being picked up it goes silent each and every time so you have to hang up and try again. worst office management i have ever experienced. twice now i have had the office manager tell me the wrong time to arrive at my surgery, and this time its for the wrong surgery. hopefully my regular doctor can get me a new urologist, this is incredibly unprofessional. do not recommend.
Unprofessional operators!! Elvira is really rude and very unprofessional second operator was also rude!! Wouldn’t let me speak and would talk over me when trying to schedule appointment. Same operator I spoke to the first time and still carried the same attitude as the first time I scheduled appointment. I went to my appointment and no one was in the office the day of my appointment.
