Very professional office. Staff was friendly and gave me great driving directions as I was unfamiliar with the area. Dr Westrick was Very nice with a calming demeanor as explained everything. Had to re-do a previous root canal. Procedure went smoothly -no pain at all. Would highly recommend.
Not much change in years from last review, had emergency and dr. On vacation plus receptionists didn't answer phones during business hours or call back. On top of that they just made an apt only to call 5 days prior to say "oh yea we need to have a eval apt too"- seriously not impressed and wouldn't recommend. I'm going to go somewhere else. As patients we are the customers and if doctors can't treat us like people than we need to take our money elsewhere.
Receptionist is very rude, and very unprofessional, left me a voicemail and didn't say who she was calling for or what about, just demanded that someone call her back immediately. They performed half a root canal and then kept pushing back the follow up to finish the procedure, excuses ranged from "we will be closed on your appointment day" to "the doctor will be out of office on vacation" They did always have an opening the day they called, when it was impossible for you to come in because the slot is 20 minutes from the ti... read more
