Doctor doesn't know me. Has never seen me in his office, yet sends me a letter in snail mail that I had abusive behavior with an APN in his office. He didn't hear the conversation, or he should be appauled that his staff is lying about "rude behavior" I guess disagreeing with a doctor will get you a letter of abuse sent out.
Always understanding and helpful for our entire family. Genuinely cares and wants the best for his patients. He made me, my husband and my children comfortable and safe. Hands down my favorite doctor I have ever been to.
