Dr. Murphy was very friendly and professional. He has a nice personality.
Dr. Patterson is a great surgeon, has excellent bedside manner, and is willing to answer all questions that may crop up along the journey of difficult foot surgery. However, the office staff (medical assistants/techs) is unfriendly, lacking in communication skills and not sensitive to the casting and stitching procedures. They also didn’t automatically put on the lead vest for X-rays. Score reflects the comments about staff.
