I am compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services rendered at this medical office. The inordinate delay in securing an appointment, spanning a period of two months, was merely a prelude to further inconvenience. Upon arrival, patients are subjected to an indeterminate waiting period, initially estimated at one hour, which subsequently extends beyond reasonable expectations. Dr. Baldacchino literally saved my life in 2017 when I was rushed to the emergency room with chest pains. After having stents put in, I am in great shape today and feel wonderful even after several years have passed. He is my hero and is the most knowledgable, kind and hilarious doctor I've ever had the priviledge to see! He genuinely cares about his patients and takes his time in every visit I have with him so that nothing is missed. Dr "Baldo" (not Dr Baldy) is one of those rare doctors I look forward to seeing; he spends plenty of time with me and I never feel rushed; PLUS he has a great sense of humor.
A wonderful doctor that installed a stent a week ago in myself. I feel good and enjoying the benefits of a full flow of blood. Dr. Baldacchino possesses lots of experience, a high level of skill but most importantly passion. I was lucky to have him do the surgery and for that I’m very thankful. All is possible if you have a great doctor, do your research, always look for the best. I’m lucky I found the best.
