As a young woman of color, I’ve been with Dr. Austin since I was 18/19 years old or so. Didn’t really pay too much attention as far as knowing what to look for in a doctor. Fast forward, I am now 27 and expecting my first child. When I look back, Dr. Austin has always been super kind and seems to care. I’ve always felt heard and like I mattered. Dr. Austin is the best practitioner I’ve ever encountered. He genuinely cares about his patients and is a truly wonderful human overall. He helped me through 2 miscarriages and recently delivered our baby. We had lots of appointments, and I never once felt rushed or like any of my questions or concerns were brushed off.
