I’d give zero stars if it was available. After waiting since June, I had an appointment today at 3 pm and received a call at 10 am to cancel it with no explanation and no attempt to get me in before the end of September - another 7 -8 weeks. The receptionist made absolutely no effort to provide a explaination or find a way to get me in earlier than the end of September. This was the second reschedule from the practice -find another provider.
Very professional staff and Dr. Thomas- Burse has a wonderful personality and she really cares about her patients.
Super short wait time; the docs here are personable, knowledgeable, good listeners. These ladies specialize in the aging woman.
