I would recommends any person considering a domestic property built by TB do a lot of research. Despite our patience and understanding, we are commencing year 3 after settlement and have a lot of handover defects that are still not addressed despite us showing a lot of patience and understanding. The usual response is we are busy and have other priorities.
We've been asking Thomas Building to rectify serious defects in our building for 3 years now - they have not rectified the defects satisfactorily and now we've had to employ legal and building experts to help us fight for financial settlement so that we can employ our own contractors to rectify the issues - absolutely unethical and exhausting behaviour. Would not recommend at all. Do not invest with this group!
Horrible experience dealing with them and their work, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Endless problems with the plumbing, shower wouldn’t drain from brand new and the leaking into the ceilings
