Rude staff. They do not care about the patients.
Dr. Brysacz and NP Rene Hultz are exceptional providers whom I highly recommend. Both are very knowledgeable, straightforward and listen to your concerns. They have helped me through issues effectively through the past several years. I am treated with respect at this office. Highly recommend.
I saw this Dr Thomas 2 times. He was very rude and when prescribing me medication when asking about what the dosage would be he said something to the effect of "I dont care what you take" It took them 6 months to tell me i had a balance when they did nothing outside of my ordinary coverage and then they refused to see me unless i paid $500. I got this removed from my credit report after disputing it finally but no patient should have a dr rude enough to snap at them telling them they dont care about them and have bills padde... read more
I would choose desert star family health because they are a phenomenal team. Their medical assistant Rihanna is exceptional they give phenomenal patient care I highly recommend this doctor’s office to anyone who has family, friends or Loved one.
