Ernest, Jared, and Marvin came out and did an amazing job cleaning my stairs and hallway carpets! My rugs look brand new now. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They’re coming back soon to clean my bedroom rug, and Ernest even shared tips on how to fix bleach stains after I accidentally turned my white rug orange. we had a hard time finding a carpet cleaning service that could work with our upstairs apartment, but marvin from Thomas Brothers Carpet Cleaners made it easy. i have allergies, so our main goal was to get the carpets deep cleaned to help with dust and pet hair. marvin got rid of years of dust that our vacuum couldn't touch, and now the carpet feels like new. it's nice to walk around barefoot, and when we vacuumed a week later, there was way less dirt in the bag. 5 out of 5 stars, would call again!
Jared was very responsive and professional. I had two bedrooms with carpets that really needed cleaning. He shampooed and vacuumed the carpets thoroughly. Jared knew I had guests coming soon, so he set up two floor fans to help dry the carpets faster. He even came back before my guests arrived to pick up the fans, making sure everything looked perfect.
