Very nice
They are doing remodeling and every single night they leave all of the lights on. Currently they are three floors down from the top. What a waste of electricity. They’ve been working down the floors, always easy to see which floor is being remodeled as all the lights are left on 24/7 and the shades left open.
What is the point of having Security Guard contracts if the Guards don't Secure premises and sit in one spot for 6-8hrs? Security Guards job is Prevention. How can you Prevent anything when Secirity Guards aren't patrolling Building or Parking lot or even Premises. Especially when Tenants have been assaulted during times Security Guards are on shift? What's the point in paying for a Contract when Contract isn't being fulfilled or honored. That's breaking old contract pertaining to Fudiciary Duties.
