Doctor is friendly.......until he gets your money! – Doctor Barron seemed very friendly and knowledgable at my son's initial exam. It was great to see a doctor take the time to really inform us, HOWEVER at subsequent appointments he barely spent a minute with my son! There are way too many patients schedualed at one time. The doctor seems too concerned with seeing as many patients as he can $$$$ and NOT with quality of care.
