My very first experience with Thomas Automotive was 1.5 years ago when my car overheated and I was stranded in Yuba City with my two young children. It was already past 5:00 when I called, but Sean said he'd be there in a few minutes to help me out. He even followed me to the freeway to make sure I'd get there without any problem. I have had to bring my car in a couple of times since, and I have to say, Sean is as professional, honest and kind as they come! I highly recommend taking your car to Thomas Automotive!
Excellent customer service all around. This was our first time coming here and we were very happy with everything. Its so wonderful to find a business who care about working with the customer and making sure they are reasonably priced. We will definitely be coming back for future needs.
