I took my vehicle to his shop on October 13th 2022. He agreed to replace the engine in my 2007 Jeep commander. I paid him $750 as a deposit and provided the replacement engine and all required parts (over $3000 in new parts). Since then he has given me nothing but excuses as to why my vehicle is not done. Now his shop is closed and he has left the state. WITH MY VEHICLE AND PROPERTY. I have contacted him but he stopped responding and still has not returned my vehicle to me nearly 4 months later.

Well I just got my car back on the 10th of December 2022 in pieces after being in Dustin Thomas's auto services shop sense August the 25th of 2022 for a blown head gaskit. I had to have my car towed out of his shop. Now I'm waiting for him to pay me my money back sense he didn't do anything except take my motor apart and leave it in pecises.
