I payed $2300 back in April for a refrigerator I was guaranteed to have in May. After not receiving it in May or even a phone call to keep me updated I called back. I was given a new date 5 different times and now it is mid August still with no fridge and when I call to speak with Ken because apparently he is the only one who knows about my order, he will not return my calls. Beware when doing business with the Thomas Appliance Company. (I would leave 0 stars if I could) We bought a new washing machine (paid in full) to be delivered to our home. Time after time the Thomas Appliance Company said the delivery truck was on its way, but it never showed up with our washing machine. Eleven days later I called the Thomas Appliance Company to cancel the washer and get reimbursed.
