I have notice a few months ago all the Apartments at Thomas Apartments can't keep anyone there for more then a year ever since the other Property Manager left or was let go has gone down hill the Property Manager that is working there I have heard is not a carrying person an all she cares about is getting her next Pay an Profit instead of do8ng the right thing an be there for the Residents an helping them she is living to more then 3 of them an saying there Rental Insurance was Cancel when it wasn't in the 1st place an I hav... read more

I have lived here three years. Upon moving in my apartment was not even clean, carpets were stained by an animal. Mold in tube. Kitchen filthy. Patio was dangerously as boards were broken. That was replaced two weeks ago! Took seven months to get an oven handle so I could use oven. We are told to take our dogs to side yard to go pottie in the winter that is where snow is moved to.
