Ever since they have paid off there debit an drop there low income the Apartment's is now above 800 to 900+ for a 1 bedroom an 900 to 1,000+ for a 2 bedroom i have notice residents moveing out an they waiting list is so long an now there doing a 10th inspection if i could give a zero star i would there is no need of so many inspection done in 1 year time frame. If the units pass then leave it alone before you lose more residents. An not to mention this as well they are asking for paper on pets now of there shots witch isn't ... read more
I'm thinking about moving to Hastings saw this apartment I'm on social security disability and looking for a subsidized apartment and saw Thomas apartment is subsidized I hope there no wait list
