I'd rather not say personally, but I will say is this place and the company(MRD) that owns it has a long ways to go.
Not very happy with manager, that is when there is one here. Doesn't return calls when you leave a message. I was in the hospital in December and unable to get my daughter's and my rent out exactly on time. I didn't have check book with me. My sister left her a message and told her but her response was, we have to treat everyone the same. Had to pay 184.00 . Was served eviction papers. Here I was fighting for my life . I have notice a few months ago all the Apartments at Thomas Apartments can't keep anyone there for more then a year ever since the other Property Manager left or was let go has gone down hill the Property Manager that is working there I have heard is not a carrying person an all she cares about is getting her next Pay an Profit instead of do8ng the right thing an be there for the Residents an helping them she is living to more then 3 of them an saying there Rental Insurance was Cancel when it wasn't in the 1st place an I hav... read more
