I have notice a few months ago all the Apartments at Thomas Apartments can't keep anyone there for more then a year ever since the other Property Manager left or was let go has gone down hill the Property Manager that is working there I have heard is not a carrying person an all she cares about is getting her next Pay an Profit instead of do8ng the right thing an be there for the Residents an helping them she is living to more then 3 of them an saying there Rental Insurance was Cancel when it wasn't in the 1st place an I hav... read more
I've lived here for twelve years, and and it has gone downhill since the apartments are hot and terrible in the summer. I almost had a heat stroke. A couple days ago in the extreme heat stay away from anything from m. R. D, they don't care about their tenants and they don't provide any sort of support and hot weather. Nor cold, they let their hot water heaters. Let's go six weeks before fixing it
