Terrible experience. Appointments are booked with a little flexibility. It would be great if the scheduling allowed for more time and flexibility so patients don’t feel like they’re on.
The Realm Medical Clinic inside the Dakota building (together with Realm IDA Pharmacy) has been an excellent addition to the community. The clinic has new, highly qualified doctors who genuinely take time to listen and explain treatment options clearly. What stands out is that many of the doctors and staff speak multiple languages, which makes it very comfortable for patients from different backgrounds to communicate and feel understood. Having recently visited this clinic for my wife’s back pain, I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience, primarily due to the consistently poor service I encountered. From the moment I stepped through the door, it became clear that patient care, at least in terms of administrative efficiency and communication, was not a priority.
