The Realm Medical Clinic inside the Dakota building (together with Realm IDA Pharmacy) has been an excellent addition to the community. The clinic has new, highly qualified doctors who genuinely take time to listen and explain treatment options clearly. Having recently visited this clinic for my wife’s back pain, I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience, primarily due to the consistently poor service I encountered. From the moment I stepped through the door, it became clear that patient care, at least in terms of administrative efficiency and communication, was not a priority.
