Great service. Asked them for a comparative quote for a lot of replacement gas. Came and looked and said it was just a blocked valve. Nice to get some honesty in the industry.
one of the worst customer service on the phone i've ever experienced. the lady on the phone was impatient to provide me proper explanations in regards to the call out service. when I asked her to repeat herself, she raised her voice and disrespectful. To me this is really unprofessional. I will not get any services from this company if they don't train there call centre employees properly.
