Does not offer reasonable hours to receive allergy shots. Cannot receive shots after 4:15 so if you work or teach school, it is impossible. I've shown up for my appointment and they cancelled after I got there because Dr. had left. Not reliable and change their hours.
Had an appointment for a turbinate reduction. The doctor & I agreed to an anti-anxiety pill prior to the procedure. I received a call to confirm my appt & again, I confirmed that an anti-anxiety pill would be prescribed. It was confirmed & advised if I had not heard from my pharmacy by 3pm the day before to call them. At 4p.m. the day prior to my procedure, Dr. Salzar's PA called to go over prep. I had to see Dr Wright because went to wrong clinic that day. I have had continuing problems. I have tried to contact them per portal,I used info from paper they gave me, It leads to some women services.I need to talk to them. I went back to office and tried to leave message.I was told to use portal!
Caring, comforting and competent ENT. He did surgery on my in St, Joseph's hospital in Bryan. He even came in on his day off to check on me. His PA, Kacie, is wonderful too
Acted as if he we was in a rush. Spent less than 5 minutes in the room. Gave no help/advice except to schedule and additional appointment in a few months. Charged full price for visit.
