Dr. Quigley has been my eye surgeon for years. He did my cataract. The service at his offices has been superb and he was wonderful. He retired recently and sold his business to the Eye Specialist. The transition has not been smooth. The new operation messed up my wife's appointments repeatedly and made no apologies. She moved to Frantz EyeCare and I followed her. The service at Frantz is excellent..
