Very bad office
If Dr. Avolio wasn't able to help me, he could have just explained it in a professional manner. Instead, he kept insisting repeatedly that I didn't understand him. I was treated as if I were either stupid or a 2 year old child.
Has 7 knee surgeries so I know my way around doctors! The staff could use a refresher course in office etiquette but the doctor is one of the best at his profession.
HIP replacement Nov 2021 with fantastic results…able to golf again with a full hip turn…super! Highly recommend this Orthopedic surgeon!
My experience with Dr. Kasim was great, but my experience with his staff was horrible. I went in for a knee MRI diagnosis, and when I finally got to see the doctor, he was kind and considerate. He listened to what I had to say, showed me my MRI, and explained everything properly. He prescribed me treatment and then sent me my way. I was satisfied. I had Carpal Tunnel release surgery 14 days ago. The facility and the Doctor were both great. My hand feels very good for 14 days. I will use this doctor again if I ever have another orthopedic need!
My 1st surgical experience was so wonderful overall that I really can't find the words. I am thankful to Dr. McCullouch but also the staff that communicated well with me the week of my surgery for Dupuytren's contracuture and nodule removal. After 3 months I can see and feel the difference. I did PT mainly at home which was great. Thank you so very much.
Dr McCulloch is an extremely skillful surgeon. He performed needle Aponeurotomy on my hand and straightened my finger in a short time. I had avoided surgery or injections for many years. He recommended this procedure. I can now do a lot of things I could not do because of my problem. Many thanks.
Dr. Kasim has performed three surgeries on me and I have been very satisfied with the results. His staff, from Rose at the window to his exceptional office manager Toni, are the best of any doctor that I go to. Dr. Kasim is a excellent doctor and a wonderful person. Other doctors should model their offices like Dr. Kasim's very well run and staffed office.
