Medical care was excellent. Wait was unacceptable. Total of over 3 hours for appt. An hour in the waiting area before being called back. Another hour wait before going to the exam room after a 5 min scan. Another hour to complete injection treatment. I threatened to leave after two hours. Only reason I didn’t is because I didn’t want to wait weeks for another appt.
I’m glad to have such a knowledgeable, and a kind person as my doctor. I have been seeing this doctor in every month for almost two years, and have positive experience anytime. Thanks Doc for everything, your positive and can do attitude.
Dr. Thomas Mendel and his staff at the Havener Eye Institute are amazing. They are caring and compassionate and have been able to accommodate me with an immediate appointment each time I've needed one. I'm very grateful for their services and hope I never have to switch providers.
My name is fake on Google but I was treated by Dr. mendel... if he knows who I am he's the best surgeon you will get to know I got shot in my eye by a bb gun and It destroyed My left eye and I guess damaged my nerve that sends signals to the retina (the red cord thing connected from the eyeball to the brain) it destroyed almost everything I can say it exploded my eye he did the surgery vary vary well even though I won't be able to see from the left eye not saying i won't be able to forever who know what comes in the future b... read more
