I want o start by saying that Dr. Fellner is a wonderful dentist and hi dental assistants are all very good. His office staff on the other hand doesn't seem to know what they are doing. I needed a crown and when I went in to get the prep work done I was told that I needed to pay my copay up front . My portion for the whole bill was $89.00. I paid and the prep work was completed.
