Clearly communicates with patients and staff in a professional yet personal manner. Family oriented - Great Doctor but even a better person. As a Patient, puts me at ease reducing my anxiety.
Had an appointment today, and was late due to bad weather and GPS couldn’t pick up location. Appt was at 9:45 and arrived at 10:00. (They said 10:02). VERY VERY RUDE. I should have known! While trying to get an appointment a few weeks ago, after being referred by my oncologist no one could get through. No answer, no answering machine. The machine said it was full for days in a row. I finally got through after a good week and a half. The lady that answered apologized and said they had been short staffed. But… after waiting on... read more
I made an appointment with the office on a specific date with a three-week notice. I was confirmed for the date and time and even got a voicemail confirming the appointment. When I arrived at 830 am on the day of the appointment the surly receptionist said I was scheduled for the following day and called me a liar when I said my day was confirmed by two separate staff. That her computer was correct. I was not. I told them it requires weeks of notice from my work to get time off, they were not empathetic When I said I don't a... read more
Receptionist is awful. Not worth it. Find another option.
Dr Cadenhead was the best! I could not have asked for a better, more thorough exam. I’ve been to other ENTs and generally get a quick exam and out the door. Dr Cadenhead took the time to listen, answer all my questions, perform an exam, analyze the results of my hearing exam (done in his office) by his audiologist, go over those results with me and answer all my questions. I’ve never had a better ENT experience and I’m grateful for his year of experience, honesty and kind demeanor.
Dr. Cadenhead and his staff are outstanding, very friendly and Dr. Cadenhead's approach to treating patients is what seems to be missing in healthcare these days. If I have a need for a follow-up visit with an ENT at any time I will be back.
The doctor was nice and had great bedside manner. His staff is TERRIBLE!! So rude! As we were leaving and trying to tell her we didn't owe a co-pay and that my husband's human resource office would call her and explain it, she very rudely said 'Well if she isn't from BlueCross and BlueShield and isn't paying, what she has to say is irrelevant." After being rude to us the whole time we were there, I lost it on her. We will never go back!!
I have been see by Dr Cadenhead several times over the years. The reason I go to him is he is professional, knowledgeable and solves the problem I have. In my 77 years, I have never found a physician I trust more
The doctor is very caring, professional and seem to be a wonderful doctor but his staff is rude and cold in my opinion. They did not treat the patient very well and even were short with the doctor. If he had a different staff Dr. Cadenhead would get 5 stars.
