FIND A DIFFERENT LAWYER!! At first he handled a family members case and was late to almost every hearing. Then when it was done asked him to show up to follow up on reducing sentence and he never showed. When we called he answered after many many attempts and acted like nothing happened. Fine. So told him the new date and he said he would be there. Nope, did not show up again. Not sure what the deal is; if sick then at least call, but nope again.
Tom is the best the legal system has to offer,all the Judges love him and the States Attn's all respect and like him and are very careful how they come at him.Tom is a sleeper,He acts like he is out of the loop and confused and then turns the tables when they least expect it. And stomps their asses into a new world.Tom is a very well educated lethally experienced man and Attorney.He has seen it and defended it all and very rarely looses.He pulled me out of some real serous stuff.And I will always thank him.
