Was recommended to Dr.Thom from my dentist for a consult for a suspected root canal procedure. Dr. Thom was very kind and thorough and explained my options to me. When the root canal was performed I was a little nervous and Dr. Thom and his assistant put me at ease and got to work on my mostly painless root canal~thank you. I recommend this office for any endiodontis.
Dr. Thom and staff are great! Painless root canal with clear explanations as they went through it! My freezing was out by the time I got home!!
While I see from the reviews, that Dr. Thom has expertise in what he does. I am sure he is very good however after 2 consultations, he presented as lacking warmth, patience and relatability. It seems he needs to be reminded that his clients & patients, whomever they are- need to be valued, seen and heard. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr Thom and his staff. My root canal was as near painless as I can imagine, and every step of the way explained clearly by Dr Thom. The pain that I have lived with for over a year is gone - thank you all.
