While I see from the reviews, that Dr. Thom has expertise in what he does. I am sure he is very good however after 2 consultations, he presented as lacking warmth, patience and relatability. It seems he needs to be reminded that his clients & patients, whomever they are- need to be valued, seen and heard. Dr. Thom showed difficulty doing this today, he showed irritation, flippancy and a coldness. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr Thom and his staff. My root canal was as near painless as I can imagine, and every step of the way explained clearly by Dr Thom. The pain that I have lived with for over a year is gone - thank you all.
