I really appreciate them they always fix the problem. And they are very generous and well respected thank you so much.
Had them out last night and they said it was fixed but wait until morning to turn it on because it was frozen up. I found out this morning it doesn't work and they are on other calls. Don't know when they will be back and I'm having breathing issues,so on top of having to reschedule everything, now I can get a motel.
Been using Tholen for the last 3 years. Great work efficient, techs arrive in a timely manner and get the work done fast.
Definitely 5 stars, very professional, they treated me very well. I recommend this place for parts and/or for help with your air conditioning problems...
The guys at Tholen were extremely fast at getting to us when our furnace went out, they were kind, and lent us a heater to help keep us warm. When I paid them I had accidentally overpaid and they called me to tell me and returned the extra money I’d given them. Cannot say enough nice things about them !
