accidentally went in here because they share an address with another place i was looking for and the lady was rude and disrespectful when i just didn't know where to go and made a simple mistake. would never do business with them.
She's very caring and helpful. I'd be homeless if it wasn't for paula. She's a good landlord.

Owner PAULA BENINATI is extremely rude. Her building is in a small little parking lot attached/neighboring a chiropractor office. I parked in a white lined parking spot in the front of her building and she came out while on her cell phone -pointing her fingers at me repeatedly stating excuse me this is a business and you can’t park your vehicle here. Paula is one of best landlord me and my wife have had in decades. All we witnessed about her character is always doing her best to try to help people. One thing I know is that she's not somebody's floor mat to get taken advantage of or walked on she's straight forward caring and stern about her business.
