Dr.Thoen help me so much. She did an amazing job listening to me and testing me for my diagnosis. Her office was very welcoming and clean! She took her extra time to talk with me!! I would recommend her to anyone who wants help!!

First two thing I was asked when reaching out was if it was court ordered and if I have insurance. Both valid questions, but showed me this therapists is only interested in money and working with people required to be there. If you are suffering from something that is deeply troubling you, I highly suggest going anywhere else. If it’s court ordered, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
Discriminatory and unprofessional. This person should not even hold a license. Do not see her if you are a.) Male b.) Challenging or c.) If you want actual help and what to help yourself. The practice is hardly therapeutic. Dr. Thoen tells you what she wants you to do. She judges people without even evaluating them, and takes her clients fables as truth if they say negative things about you. God help you if you're forced to see her via Polk County courts.
