You’re basically on your own to try and get an appointment here. The receptionist is more or less useless, never answers your calls and never answer your emails, and will book you for at least two weeks down the road even if they have availabilities in between. Had to repeat myself at least 5 times before the receptionist understood I was trying to get an appointment in the next 2 days and kept saying different things about the appointment (ie she could book me for an audiologist and then she couldn’t and then she had to wai... read more
After reading many of these negative reviews, I felt I had to post my experience. My doctor sent a referral to THN on March 27. On April 1, just as a precaution I dropped into the clinic. Waiting no more than a few minutes I asked if they had received my referral. They had and gave me an appointment to see the specialist the following day, as in tomorrow April 2. Zero customer relations. Reception is useless. They never pick up the phone, takes days to hear back from them. Same thing for email. I’ve been waiting for results for five weeks and they’re not making any effort to assist me.
Worst clinic experience of my life. Takes forever to get in touch and book appointments. Wait time is at least 1-1.5 hours from your appointment time because they are always running late. Admin staff is unresponsive when patients follow up (for weeks on end and still MIA). No one EVER answers the phone, and after 4 email follow ups there was still no response lol. This clinic is a joke, stay away. Would give zero stars if I could.
