The food and service was good but did not appreciate that they do not tell you that the gratuity/service charge of 20 percent is included in your bill. If you pay without checking your bill you will pay twice for gratuity. It is really scammy for them to do this. Please check your bill before paying. At the bottom of the receipt it states 20 percent service charge is included. Food is already expensive and now they secretively add this extra expense without telling you before hand. Disappointing Banh Xeo – Not Traditional As a returning customer who has enjoyed other dishes at Thithi's in the past, I was very disappointed with the Banh Xeo. It is listed as a Vietnamese crepe, but instead of the traditional, crispy rice flour crepe meant to be torn and wrapped in lettuce, I received a soft, soggy, French-style crepe.
