I ordered a birthday bouquet for my sister and they ordered the flowers I requested. The bouquet was made and looked great but sadly some of the flowers began to wilt within two days. When I contacted them about this sad occurrence, they responded immediately that they would take care of it and they did! I was more than pleased with the replacements and so was my sister. I would definitely recommend working with this fine establishment!

Thistles never disappoints!
I can’t say enough about the customer service we received. We were on a short sister vacation to Pella and stopped in the flower shop. As soon as we walked in we were greeted very warmly. and we quickly started having a lively conversation with them. The shop is adorable and has many variety of items to choose from, plus a nice walk in cooler with a beautiful selection of flowers in it.
