Fixed the A/C pronto. Update... Someone brought bed bugs into the building and ruined it for lots of people. I broke the lease and had to have all my stuff fumigated and put into storage for a year. It wasn't the owners fault but I'll never go there again.
Maintenance came back to repair roof 2weeks after to fix roof and thiers a water leak coming from under the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator and stove and smells nasty sewer water.
It'd be nice to get the elevator alarm fixed in building A. It'd be nice to have the fitness gym to be cleaned everyday. Other than that my experience has been okay.
Poor management, let us move into a unit with roaches and didnt notify us. Rushed our move in then days later our water pipes busted. To top it all off the hot water is iffy its either cold or scolding hot. 10/10 do not recommend.
A/C didn't work, and now have pest problems. The staff is very nice, and attentive though.
