Maintenance showed up in a timely manner after I submitted an AC repair request. The gentleman who did the work was polite, courteous, clean & respectful. He was mindful about cleaning the dirt from AC housing before installing the new unit. I didn’t get the young man’s name but he was awesome!! I want to Thank him for being so professional & Thank You Vega for having the best maintenance crew!!
The maintenance came in yesterday and took care of the air conditioner cuz I know that's where the bees were coming in but I was not there so I never even know what they actually did
I’ve been a resident here for fifteen years. Were there problems before we got new management? Absolutely! . Since it’s now Vegas the staff in the office are sooo very helpful, caring and prompt about doing their job. Elizbeth, Monica, Liliana and Art are the Best so far. Tom Young is the best groundskeeper I’ve ever seen. As well as All the Maintenance Engineers. Thank you Everyone.
The management is good like art at the fount desk he has helped me with any problems I have had with my apartment and Tom is a hard maintenance worker there that cleans up the place and I like to think the employees at vega apartments for making this my #1 home.
I'm moving from Vega after two years. I must admit that the administration is doing everything possible to keep things running smoothly, but the poor living conditions of the people aren't helping! Perhaps more rules and regulations are needed, with fines. I want to acknowledge the excellent service provided by the Vega staff, especially Elizabeth Rodriguez, an excellent employee, always attentive to fulfilling her duties in a kind, caring, and efficient manner.
