You can’t swing through Southern Pines without stopping here. A great place for unique and cool gifts, home decor, candles, stationary, body care, vases, vessels, plants, flowers - including delivery, art and more! The team is always helpful and kind.
Mary and her staff were wonderful to work with for my wedding. She provided exemplary customer service throughout the planning process: always answered emails and pings promptly, scheduled meetings and came prepared with proposals, was attentive to our requests. The team at T&M is nothing short of incredible! The talented women behind this shop pour their hearts into every arrangement, making each wedding feel unique and unforgettable. Their attention to detail, creativity, and passion for their craft shine through in every bouquet and installation. It’s always a joy to work with them, and I can’t recommend them enough to our couples at Katharine Mann Events.
Came in today to buy a bouquet of flowers and got the worst customer service. Seemed like the staff was uninterested and didn’t care. I choose option 2 and the women who was making the bouquet didn’t even ask what flowers I wanted. She was so uninterested, horrible customer service
