I am from Sydney, and I needed a delivery made in Albury, at the last minute. And on a Sunday, when the business is closed. When I called the shop, the staff did not hesitate to help me, and my order was made and delivered on time. This was exceptional service! I have used thistle and fern a few times through work and they have always been great. On Thursday I needed a beautiful bunch of flowers sent to a dear friend on a very special day. And…. It was urgent and timely. I knew it needed lilys in the arrangement as they are my friends favourite. That’s pretty much all I knew.
