He refused to run my meds through insurance because he said they don’t get reimbursed well enough. He failed to tell me that on the phone when I called him though. As soon as he got the order from my doctor he marked my meds as picked up on the PMP so I wouldn’t be able to get them anywhere else. So if I wanted to get my meds this month I had to pay full out of pocket price for them even though I have insurance. I won’t be back to this shady and poorly managed pharmacy.
I’m prescribed adderall and have been since I was 12 years old. I moved to Lake Jackson a few months ago and had my prescription sent there. When I called to check on the status of all my prescription, the pharmacist said my insurance only covered a certain amount which I was aware of. I told him I was aware of that and not to run it through my insurance because the out of pocket cost was only $23. Very fast service. They make you feel like a VIP. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff I highly recommend them..
