Lovely gym for ladies only! Wear what you want, no need to impress with gym clothing. All the machines and classes. Very friendly and pretty. A real plus on south Hampton!
I am looking for a gym that caters to women and ran across Lisa, who owns this gym. The place was so clean and numerous machines, which is what I was looking for after hip surgery. Lisa was so warm and welcoming so much that I felt at ease with no pressure. Other ladies that came into the gym were nice & friendly as well. These are the most tow hungry neighborhood business owners I've ever come across. One sign, that blows over if the door opens, in a window, that supposedly covers the entire lot, you will be towed, without warning, after an hour of mistakenly parking there an hour before they close. They need much better signage before they start towing people for $550 cash, having to take a day off work, and a lifetime of resentment towards a local business.
