Lovely gym for ladies only! Wear what you want, no need to impress with gym clothing. All the machines and classes. Very friendly and pretty. A real plus on south Hampton!
I am looking for a gym that caters to women and ran across Lisa, who owns this gym. The place was so clean and numerous machines, which is what I was looking for after hip surgery. Lisa was so warm and welcoming so much that I felt at ease with no pressure. Other ladies that came into the gym were nice & friendly as well.
