I had such a relaxing and refreshing pedicure at Thi’s Salon today! The staff was so warm and welcoming, and the attention to detail was amazing. Everything was clean, hygienic, and done with great care. My feet feel incredibly soft and pampered—exactly what I needed to unwind. I’m very disappointed with how this situation was handled by Kelly. I’ve been coming here for a while, and until now everything was fine. I always spoke up during appointments if something wasn’t right, and I also regularly left tips, so I was a respectful and returning client. I am a big fan of this place. I have been regular for more than a year here. The service, and the people are so warm and beautiful. The extended new lounge is a class apart experience! Thi and her team has done a very good job!
