Horrible service. Young lady with glasses is Horrible
Waisted my time driving over here. Closing early. Lied about having what I wanted. We drove 45 minutes only because I was told they have what I wanted. Rude, and bad customer service.
This place is ripping you off. They have no scales in there so they are telling you they are giving you a pound of meat but the guy in the back is just eyeballing it. And the girl with the glasses in the front is so rude and and unintelligent. I had to explain the difference between dry weight and liquid ounces to her and she got mad that I did not want to pay for a guess. They are full of it and I will never go back here. This was my first time trying the chain since I moved down here. The ribs were okay. However, I don't appreciate how gratuity is automatically added on to carry out orders. I realize the price of everything has gone up but just add it to the price of the food. I don't want to be surprised when I have to pay.
