I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked an appointment for a trim because I wanted to maintain the length, fullness, and overall shape of my hair. I did not request thinning, removing weight, or reducing the density of my hair. At no point was I informed that my hair would be thinned out or that any technique would be used to remove fullness. Miss Candace was my stylist, and she did such an amazing job! I have 3c/4c natural hair, and I haven't used any heat or had a trim in 4 years. My hair felt so soft, and it stayed that way for a whole week. I washed and conditioned as usual, and I was so happy to see that my curls were more defined and manageable! Update: I would love to visit again soon but they aren’t answering my calls anymore. I guess she no longer wants me as a client.
