I will never return to this This Is It. Last week the messed up my order for my grandmother. I tried to call them, no-one answered the phone. I had to drive back up there and I requested my money back for the missing items. The manager on shift (sedrick) directed my to call corporate since the order was placed online. I call corporate the next day and had to leave a message for Ms.Catherine (who never called back).
