Very professional and friendly staff.
Writing to give HUGE shoutouts to Dr. Shah, Dr. Turley, Dr. Miller, Nicole, Staci, and of course Dr. Lakshman. This entire team at Texas Colon & Rectal have been just wonderful to me. I'm preparing for an upcoming surgery and they have answered every question and concern that I've had. I have never felt rushed or unsure of what will happen. Everyone was great! Dr. Lakshman, his assistant, Olympia, and Larry at the front desk; were all professional, courteous and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I'm glad my doctor referred me here. I think I'll be in good hands with doctor Lakshman.
Dr. Lakshman went over my procedure to detail and straight forward I like that, what I didn't like my first appointment was 45 minutes late and the staff kept putting my appointment off not very professional I could here them laughing around while I sat in a side office.
