Trash fluid stains in the walkways from the trash that wasn't put into the trash can. Some people will leave their trash outside for days and it leaves stains that make the walkways look ugly. Birds make nests in the walkways, and they poop where they make the nests. We paid on time every single month and we didn't get our deposit back although we kept the apartment in good condition. We've asked for an itemized receipt stating what repairs and cleaning were completed and we still haven't received anything. Ask about your deposit when you move out because they won't say if they'll keep your money and if you owe more money. Lived at Thirty Oaks for 3 yrs, have nothing bad to say. Not noisy, maintenance is quick to fix anything, staff is very nice & helpful. You have everything you need around you
Shout out to Ramon! He swung by to fix my garbage disposal immediately after reporting it. Turned out to be a two hour job, but with 20 years experience he kept the energy up. Wonderful experience from start to finish! Madeline and everyone on the front office team was tremendously helpful and responsive to all requests throughout the application and move-in process. I’d highly recommend this complex and team to anyone looking for their next apartment in San Antonio :)
