Nice apartments. Great staff at leasing center. Super nice and friendly. The amenities are pretty nice. They have an excellent gym too! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to live in the Alamo Ranch area.
Cons: Trash fluid stains in the walkways from the trash that wasn't put into the trash can. Some people will leave their trash outside for days and it leaves stains that make the walkways look ugly. Birds make nests in the walkways, and they poop where they make the nests. Picture paying a lot of money to live where there's dirty floors and a bad smell of pet poop coming from the grass while walking up to your apartment. We paid on time every single month and we didn't get our deposit back although we kept the apartment in good condition. We've asked for an itemized receipt stating what repairs and cleaning were completed and we still haven't received anything. Ask about your deposit when you move out because they won't say if they'll keep your money and if you owe more money.
