Upset with this place since this month got three packages gone. You need to install ring cam in order to protect yourself the amount of criminal activity has gone up. Got people stealing tires . Packages. ridiculous and then the amount of neighbors that keeps parking under those car ports and got random people parking there so when I come home late around 8-9pm I park down the street to walk the whole block to get to the unit is ridiculous talking about new parking that’s not gonna do nothing..
I just wanted to come on here and say how extremely happy and grateful we are for finding this amazing complex. Madeline has been so helpful and patient during our leasing process. The way this apartment is taken care of and the front office staff is night and day compared to our previous apartment. If you’re looking to lease, I would highly recommend checking this place out. We paid on time every single month and we didn't get our deposit back although we kept the apartment in good condition. We've asked for an itemized receipt stating what repairs and cleaning was done and we still haven't received anything. Ask about your deposit when you move out because they won't say if they'll keep your money and if you owe more money. They'll send it straight to collections without taking into consideration how well the tenants paid on time. Ask for a walk through before turning in your keys and ask for a... read more
