My haircut was fine, but the color was hideous. I went in to get my roots touched up (brunette to blonde), and they actually died my roots DARKER than they were when I came in. The opposite of what I asked for. The color looked like it was just randomly slapped on - big chunky splotches of dark here, blonde spots there. It was really terrible. When I asked for a refund for the color portion of my visit, I was told they have a "strict no refund policy". So no matter how badly they butcher your hair, you're stuck paying for it... read more
Outstanding salon. Especially like Crystal Slack! The best cuts I've ever had.
The best decision I ever made! The owners and operators are wonderful. They do a superb job of cutting and Margaret is awesome with perms. Worth the trip.
