After a very unpleasant experience where we received very poor service the manager truly did everything possible to turn the night around. She apologized, provided us a new table with a new waitress and covered our meal. You can't always control how your employees will behave, but you can control the way you respond to the situation. We will return and give Fireside Pies another shot.
